I am quitting the ice cream shop today. (I have waited for this day. I was going to do it Friday, but after some consideration, the fact that it gives me more time to get ready to move, and in an attempt to get taken off the schedule by next weekend, I’m going to resignate myself tonight. It’s like when the Americans handed over sovereignty early. Only it’s me, handing myself sovereignty.)

I have decided not to write anything mean on my resignation. I have also decided not to lie.

I was inspired to do this because this other girl quit and gave notice and she just got taken off a week before her given last day.
